Everything you need to know about Quintas Rewards.
Quintas Rewards is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. Earn points on eligible paid orders and exchange them for discount vouchers. There is no membership fee.
Earn 1 point for every ₱1 spent on eligible orders. Purchase points are credited when an order is marked Paid in our system. Fulfilled or unfulfilled status alone does not mean an order is paid. Signing up, birthdays and social activity do not currently earn points.
For COD orders, points will be credited after successful delivery has been verified by our team. Points are not automatically awarded at checkout. Please allow our team to complete delivery and payment verification.
Paid Shopee, Lazada and TikTok orders imported into our system can qualify. If your points are not visible, contact our team with your order details. Marketplace orders may use a different customer email or account, and separate accounts do not automatically combine.
Points and the currently available reward vouchers have no expiry under our current program settings. Check the details shown when you redeem a reward.
Choose from seven current vouchers: 600 points = ₱20 off; 1,000 = ₱35 off; 2,000 = ₱80 off; 3,000 = ₱120 off; 5,000 = ₱225 off; 10,000 = ₱500 off; 20,000 = ₱1,000 off. You need enough available points to redeem your chosen voucher.
Current reward vouchers have no minimum purchase requirement and apply to one-time purchases. They can combine with shipping discounts, but not with other order or product discounts. Review your final checkout total before placing your order.
Contact the Quintas team through our Contact Us page with your order number and the email or marketplace account used for the purchase. We will check the payment or delivery verification and account details. Past orders and separate accounts are not automatically combined or credited.
