1. What are your Modes of Payment?
Our modes of payment are:
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Cash On Pick Up (For LBC Branch Pick up option)
- BDO / BANK TRANSFER DEPOSIT
- GCash
- Paymaya
- Cebuana / Palawan Express
- Paypal (Debit and Credit Cards accepted)
- Account details will be sent immediately to your email after you've placed an order on our site. Remember to pay for your order within 3 days to avoid cancellation.
2. What are your shipping methods and how much is the shipping fee?
We ship via Gogo Express (XPOST) and LBC Express.
*SHIPPING RATES:
- XPOST Metro Manila: 95 php (Next day delivery; 1-2 days)
- XPOST Provincial Orders DOOR TO DOOR - 139 php (2-5 days)
- LBC Provincial Orders DOOR TO DOOR - 169 php (2-5 days)
- LBC Provincial Orders via LBC BRANCH PICK UP - 159 php (2-5 days)
3. How long for my items to arrive?
Please allow us for at least 1-2 days for processing before we ship them out through your chosen couriers.
*Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please expect SLIGHT delays in shipping as cargo and roro flights are still limited. ALL ITEMS are surely sanitized and well-taken care of by our staffs.

4. Can I cancel an order?

Please contact (email or DM) us immediately if you would like to cancel your unpaid order. (WITHIN 24 HOURS)

In order to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, all paid orders are sent to production right away. Once your item is in production, we cannot cancel your order. Thank you for understanding!
5. Do you accept bulk orders? and do you give discount?
Yes! Contact (email or DM) us with the details of your order (stated above) so we can review and respond faster with our initial proposal.
6. When do you confirm payments and ship out orders?
We will only be able to confirm your payment by sending us a clear photo of the payment slip (or a screenshot of the finished transaction if via online banking).
Send the photo/screenshot to our email: quintasph@gmail.com with the subject: "Payment (order number)"
Once we have checked your proof of payment, we will reply with your parcel pick-up date.
We ship out orders EVERYDAY except Sundays and holidays. If you want your order to be included on the nearest ship out date, send your proof of payment before 12pm on Wednesday or Friday. All payments after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next pick-up day.
7. What are your pieces made of? Are they nontarnish/hypoallergenic?
Most of our pieces are made of stainless steel or alloy! We indicate in each product description the material used. All are hypoallergenic, and while stainless steel is known to be nontarnish.
8. Does my order come with a box? Can I request to have them in separate boxes?
Every order comes in a box! If you've ordered multiple pieces in one order, then don't worry as we will still put them into separate gift boxes. :)
9. Do you accept returns/exchanges/refunds?
For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn or taken out of its packaging. In case of missing items or faulty pieces, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package, include a clear photo of the product or package. If reported beyond the given timeframe, it will be upon the team's discretion whether or not we will replace the piece.
We do not accept refunds.
10. How sure are we that your products are free from any virus or things alike?
We sanitize your orders before distributing them to their respective couriers. This is in relation to more stringent measures that our shop is currently implementing to ensure everyone's safety against viruses and bacteria.
