How to Order

A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

1. ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART & PROCEED TO CHECK OUT

Check out our catalog through the catalog tab! Select the pieces you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you've decided which pieces to purchase proceed to check out!

2. FILL OUT YOUR DETAILS

Provide the required details needed. Don't forget to give your complete address and provide landmarks if possible, the team and our courier partners will greatly appreciate it! Always double check the details you provided before proceeding to the next step.

3. SHIPPING

Choose only the APPROPRIATE SHIPPING METHOD for your address. Please keep in mind that we have different shipping rates for Metro Manila and provinces. 

*SHIPPING RATES:

  • XPOST Metro Manila: 95 php (Next day delivery; 1-2 days)
  • XPOST Provincial Orders DOOR TO DOOR - 139 php (2-5 days)
  • LBC Provincial Orders DOOR TO DOOR - 169 php (2-5 days)
  • LBC Provincial Orders via LBC BRANCH PICK UP - 159 php (2-5 days)

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We have provided multiple payment options for you! If you wish to pay via Cash on Delivery, please click Cash on Delivery in the payment option. Corresponding COD fees have automatically been added to the shipping fee.

If you prefer to pay via our other modes of payment, just click the the payment option that you prefer. Further instructions will be shown after you complete your order.

5. COMPLETE ORDER

Press the complete order button! Payment details will be provided after clicking the button, don't forget to take a screenshot of our payment details! For Cash on Delivery orders, we will notify you once your package has been picked up by the courier company.

FOR COD ORDERS:
6. CONFIRMATION VIA TEXT MESSAGE

For Metro Manila orders, you will receive a text message to confirm your order.

For provincial LBC BRANCH PICK UP, please message us your preferred LBC BRANCH by messaging us via FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM (@quintas.ph) with this format:

FOR ONLINE BANK DEPOSIT:
6. RESERVATION & PROOF OF PAYMENT

For other payment options such as bank deposit, we can only reserve your order for 3 days after placing an order. Take a screenshot or clear photo of your payment slip and send it to our email:

with the subject title "Payment (order number)" or through our social media accounts: Facebook (QUINTAS PH) and Instagram (@quintas.ph)

Unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled.

7. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & SHIP OUT

We will reply to your email confirming your payment and reply with your parcel's pick-up date!

We ship out orders everyday except Sundays and holidays. If you want your order to be included on the nearest ship out date, send your proof of payment  or place an order before 12pm on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. All payments sent and orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next pick-up day.

Once your parcel has been picked up by the courier company, we will send you your tracking details!
